Due to the nature of digital services, campaign setup, consultation, managed services and WhatsApp campaign execution, payments made to WishO are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Please review your requirements, campaign scope, pricing and deliverables carefully before making payment.

If a service has not yet started, refund eligibility may be reviewed case-by-case at WishO's discretion.

Meta / WhatsApp API charges, once incurred, are not refundable through WishO.
